CENTRALIA SKATE PARK ****
On Saturday, March 8, 2008 Josh texts me on his cell phone and wants to know if we could all go skate. I asked him, "Where?" and he said, "Pier Park." We went to D.O.S. and Pier Park a week ago and D.O.S. was overcrowded and a bunch of bikers were being jerks at Pier Park so I said, "Heck no...but how about going to Centralia." We made a few calls and a handful of us cruised to Centralia, Washington to skate at what we had heard was a really good park. And it was really good. So Kyle P., Josh, Robbie, Travis, Blaine, Collin, Brandon, Jonas and I all piled in to 'Ol Bessy and headed to Centralia. The skate park is huge. They have a few different sections that you can skate. There are small mini-ramps, one with a spine, big quarter pipes on two sides with a couple of fun boxes and hubbas in the middle, a super fun hip, a chimney stack, a box with a kink and more. Did I mention there is tons of room to skate? Our guys pretty much tore it up at Centralia skate park. We got some cool photos and put together a video. Not sure who the trick of the day would go to. Robbie landed some really clean tre-flips and hard flips over the hip. Kyle and Josh really ripped it up as well. Overall I give Centralia skate park a four star rating.
